The Arizona Business Leadership Award is an annual award presented by the Arizona Business Leadership Association and is bestowed on the Arizona business that best exemplifies industry leadership, financial growth, ethical conduct, and community service. Jobing.com became the 13th recipient of the award, which was presented on May 1, 2008, at the Lakeview Inn at Camelback Golf Club.

Jobing.com was born when CEO Aaron Matos, who was the director of human resources for a regional publishing and media company in Arizona, began to realize there was a phenomenal opportunity to leverage the power of the Internet to connect employers and job seekers with a focus on the local marketplace.
