Co-Founder, VP National Accounts / ONEHOPE Wine
Located in the heart of Napa Valley, ONEHOPE Wine’s mission is to bring people together to serve and celebrate the world. Each of ONEHOPE’s thoughtfully-crafted products supports a charitable cause, empowering people to do more good through everyday actions. Primarily produced in collaboration with Rob Mondavi Jr., ONEHOPE provides award-winning wine with a measurable impact.
I’m one of the original eight founders of ONEHOPE and have been heavily involved in the company’s sales since day one. From the early days of selling ONEHOPE out of the back of my car until now, ONEHOPE has grown from 0 to 250,000+ cases, making it one of the top 300 wineries by volume in the US. It’s been an extremely challenging road trying to build a brand in a competitive industry with such a difficult distribution system. The wine industry is certainly not as glamorous as many would think. I’m so proud of our team for what we’ve built and the impact we’ve made.
After graduating with a degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona (Bear Down!), I began my career in Southern California with E&J Gallo Wine Company selling wine in high profile, high volume grocery stores in Orange County. It was here at Gallo that I met my future ONEHOPE founding team. Shortly after we launched ONEHOPE Wine in Southern California, our distribution grew to Arizona bringing me back to my home state.
Today, I serve as the company’s Vice President of National Accounts, leading our company’s efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large customers. I feel so lucky to have a career that combines so many of my passions: people, giving back and of course, great wine! Every day at ONEHOPE is truly different and brings new challenges and opportunities. This June ONEHOPE celebrates its 10-year Anniversary, and nearly $3M in donations made to help feed the hungry, provide clinical trials for cancer patients, find forever homes for shelter animals, and much more.
I live in Scottsdale with my husband, Brad, our two incredible daughters Jessica (4) and Allie (3), and two golden retrievers. Life is crazy with young kids and work, but in my free time I enjoy playing the guitar and going to the gym. We recently moved into a new neighborhood where I met Kathy Wills, and she kindly invited me to attend an AzBL meeting.
